Trip to North Sands Beach

Some children from Yellow, Green and Purple class enjoyed a trip to North Sands beach to explore the marine life and how cave people may have used the coast to survive. We had a marine biologist called Nigel join us. He told us lots about the different marine life we found. We had a great time!

First half Autumn term

Rainbows have been busy learning about ourselves and making the most of the good weather outside. The Dragonfly Children have been bringing the story of The Enormous Turnip to life through sensory stories and cooking turnip stew. Ladybird and Bee children have been focusing on their bodies and how their bodies move. They have accessed this through the story ‘From Head To Toe’ by Eric Carle.
